Her eyes are dead and lifeless

Her smile no longer there

Her whole life had been hopeless

No one had ever cared

Her drawings on the table

The beauty in the art

For all she tried to do

Was draw it from her heart

But no one ever liked it

No one ever smiled

They didn't even stop and try

To make it worth her while

So finally she decided

To end all of her pain

But then her heart was crying

It'll never be the same

Her eyes are dead and lifeless

Her smile no longer there

A single tear rolls down

And landed on her hair

The shiny short cut mess

It took so long to brush

Was now showered in roses

That all her friends had brought
