As I lay in the meadow
Steadfast on the night moon
Awaiting a chapter to begin
For I know it will start soon

I looked at the stars
Trying to find solitude and peace
I tried not to look deep at the thought
That my life was trying to put me to a cease

The waters told me secrets
That made me shiver down my spine
For the secrets I heard
We're sweet like honey and bitter like wine

I starred out to deep space
With my mind in a blur
Is this a dream or my reality
This put my feelings a stir

But be reminded thoroughly
No story is left locked
The door is waiting to be seen
For your brain has the key
Your heart will find the lock
