No matter how much I subtly display my irritation for parties, I couldn't persuade my way out of this one. In fact my presence is absolutely required. I sighed and waved my hand wordlessly signaling the servant to relay my reluctant compliance.

"This is his grand wedding ball after all." I groaned in frustration. My eyes that was once focused on the scattered sheets of paper adored to the table shifted to the dark haired gentleman besides me.

"Diego, inform the maids to prepare a suitable wear for the ball."

Without hesitation he proceeded to follow my command and left my side.

"This is going to be boring as usual" While in complete silence I thoughtlessly blurted out those few words. I returned to my usual busy schedule until it was time to prepare for the ball.

In just a few minutes I graciously arrived at the ball. With a simple introduction of my name by the butler, men and women alike flock towards me. It was quite annoying.

Some came to discuss business strategies, some offered marriage proposals while others specifically the women came to flirt. It was easy to determine their main purpose of seeking me. Simply by their face expression, eye movements, tone, and the way they articulate their speech. Sometimes a subtle hand gesture can reveal one's emotions as well.

Faces like these are common. When living in a den filled with foxes and snakes you'll eventually learn from one and become one yourself. It is truly a pity that my innocence was taken at a tender age but one must learn in order to survive.

Throughout the evening, I walked around always being approached by people and I continued to greet them with a warm smile that bare sharp snake like fangs. After years and years of practice naturally I built my façade to absolute perfection. No matter what ingenious plan they make to crumble my mask it never falters.

"Your humble majesty, I would like to suggest a marriage proposal with my beautiful eldest daughter, Elisa." Finally, after the constant compliments and praises the bald headed man revealed his true intentions.

Before the man could state any particular benefits to the proposal I shut him off with a calm "No." and brightly smile at the man and his daughter besides him. Of course they were not pleased with my answer, but I'm the second prince and because of that my high authority but them at a disadvantage. At the very least watching them bite their tongue in anger amused me. But the amusement was short lived since I once again became bored.

"Excuse me, I have to go." I immediately excluded myself from the conversation and moved to a less crowded area not too far from table filled with food. My eyes grew a bit hazy and disinterested so I place my sights elsewhere and a strange red hair woman came into view.

"Ah! She's Duke Yi's daughter." The red hair was a major give away as there was only one known noble family that attained the unique red hair colour for generations.

Not long after spotting her, the woman quickly walked off heading to the garden subsequently stuffing a few sweets into her bag. My eyes brightened and gleamed holding much interest in what I previously observed.

"What is that girl up to?" I questioned and without realizing my feet was moving towards her direction.

Hello my amazing readers! I have sad news for you all........

Unfortunately because my brother hit my left eye really hard, I now have to try my best to stay away from bright lights or it'll hurt alot . My left eye is literally red :( 

So I can't give you guys the two simultaneous chapters i was prepping for because uk my computer is in an area where light is friggin everywhere.  SUPER COVENIENT! - I'm being sarcastic if you don't realise...

Since I already wrote a chapter before hand I decided to publish it. But I promise as soon as I get better imma update.
