Hi evryone! It's me SweetHeart-Rose💕

So, the tiny GIF you see up there was my very first time ever I made a GIF and an animation, too!

If you recall the animation from the chapter 'My Little Project', you'll know that the work wasn't technically done by me, but was rather made by my brother. I had no part in the animation then. So this was somewhat new to me.

I downloaded a new pixel art app (Well new for me) and tried it out the second we entered 2018.
This app called "Pixly", gave me a wide variety of tools to work with, including 'copy paste' which you all know, is a tool I've been dreaming to get my hands on but the app that I use to create pixel art didn't have that feature!
With this app you can make canvasses, GIFs and even animations!
Point is, it has the same tools you would use in Photoshop. That alone speaks for itself.

Anyway I was super excited to try it out so I started off with testing the GIF  by doing something rather simple and tried to put minimum effort.
So I went ahead and made Jesse doing funny faces because I've always liked experimenting with the expressions in pixel art!

I would say it was successful... for the most part.
Because when I tried to save the animation, it came out blurry and very very small. I was so confused on why it turned out the way it did. Turns out I used a 21×21 canvas which the app considered it as a very tiny canvas and hence so it came out that way. You can't even zoom in!

I was disappointed but not completely because in the end I made something I never thought I could do. Animation!
So I kept it as a momento.

And as you can see from the second GIF, that one was made very recently.
Because I thought since I wanted to share this GIF and it was barely clear and old, might as well make the same one but better. And you know what program/app I used? The same old one I've been working with since the get go!
I've found my way on how to work around it. And the difference is night and day!

On the plus side, the one on the left took me no time at all. It took me about half an hour to put together the drawing and the editing. And all I can say is that I'm satisfied with both. One may look off but I'm happy with the way they turned out.
