Renjun got really banged up earlier.

There are four large cuts on his chest, and his abdomen is bruised up. Not to mention, his neck is kind of irritated from being bitten twice in the exact same area.

Luckily, he's out cold so it'll be easier for Jaemin to help me patch him up. We would've taken him to the hospital, but I know that they'd find out what we are if we did.

They'd try to kill us all if that happened. So, unfortunately, we have to deal with this ourselves.

"Hey Jaemin. Can you use hyung's phone, and look up how to treat these wounds? Depending on the size and depth of these cuts, they look like lacerations to me"

He nodded and followed me to the bathroom, to find a first aid kit.

He stayed silent for the few minutes that it took for me to find it. I rummaged through the kit, and decided that it might be best to just take the whole thing. Luckily, I found a trauma kit too.

When I was about to take both kits out of the bathroom with me, I noticed that Jaemin was silently crying to himself, trying to stop himself from crying too hard.

I put both kits down and grabbed some nearby tissues, gently wiping his tear stained cheeks.

"Jaemin, what's wrong..?"

"...I c-couldn't control i-it h-hyung...."

"Jaemin, I know that you may have lost control, but it was only for a brief moment. I originally had no intention to pull you away from hyung if you lost control, because I knew that somehow you'd find a way to come back to reality"

I gently pat his shoulder, and smiled at him.

"H-How could you h-have s-so much faith i-in m-me...?"

"You said it yourself Jaemin. You're different from other vampires"

I brought him into a hug, and he quickly hugged me back, silently crying into my shoulder.

After a while, he calmed down and smiled softly at me.

"Thank you hyung..~"

"Mhm~. Now let's go help Renjun-hyung~"

He skipped behind me out of the bathroom, and told me what the internet said to do.

"Ok, seeing how deep these cuts are, this website advises that we clean the wounds with warm water and gentle soap. Then, we have to stitch them up, apply antibiotic ointment, and then apply sterile bandages"

I nodded, and ran to the kitchen to get a small bucket of warm water.

Jaemin also handed me a small towel to clean the wounds with the antibacterial soap from inside the kit.

After gently cleaning the wounds, I found a needle and some thread from the trauma kit, and gently started stitching the wounds. After ten minutes, I successfully stitched up all of the wounds.

Luckily, there were medical bandage wraps in the kit as well, so Jaemin easily helped me wrap the bandage wrap around his chest.

Now to handle the bruise. 

"Ok, now how do we handle the bruise?"

"First, we should probably elevate him on the couch, seeing how big the bruise is"

I quickly grabbed two pillows, one to elevate his head on the couch's armrest, and one to elevate his lowerback.

"Ok, now we should wrap up something cold, like an ice pack, into a towel and apply it to the bruised area for twenty to thirty minutes"

"Can frozen vegetables work too? The bruise is pretty big"

"Yeah. We can use pretty much anything cold, as long as it's wrapped up in a towel. But after forty-eight hours, we have to apply heat with something like a warm small towel for ten minutes, for two to three times a day, so that it may increase the blood flow to the bruised area. And sooner or later, the bruise should heal and fade in color"

I nodded and retrieved a pack of frozen vegetables, while Jaemin retrieved the towel.

I wrapped the frozen vegetables in the towel, and gently placed it on the bruise.

Now for the bites.

"It says here that bites count as a puncture wound. So first, we have to clean it with clear water for five to ten minutes, and then apply antibiotic cream or ointment"

I ran back into the kitchen and got clean water, while Jaemin got another small towel.

After ten minutes of cleaning the wounds thoroughly, I gently applied the antibiotic ointment.

"Now, we just have to cover the wounds with a bandaid"

For some reason, there were Hello Kitty bandaids in the kit, but they're actually big enough to cover the bite marks, so I used one.

"Ok, it says to change the bandage if it becomes wet or dirty. And if the wounds aren't healing, or if we notice any redness, increasing pain, drainage, warmth or swelling, we should get him actual medical attention"

If it comes to that, then we may have no choice...

"Alrighty then. Now then, what do want to do after we clean this up?"

"Maybe eat something. But, can we sleep in here tonight? I don't want to leave him. He might need us if he wakes up later, so I want us to be right by his side.."

"Sure thing~"

After cleaning up, Jaemin decided to find a movie to watch while I found us something to eat.

"How about Avatar?"

"What's it about?"

I asked from the kitchen.

He began reading the movie's summary.

"It says: On the lush alien world of Pandora live the Na'vi, beings who appear primitive but are highly evolved. Because the planet's environment is poisonous, human/Na'vi hybrids, called Avatars, must link to human minds to allow for free movement on Pandora. Jake Sully, a paralyzed former Marine, becomes mobile again through one such Avatar and falls in love with a Na'vi woman. As a bond with her grows, he is drawn into a battle for the survival of her world"

"Does it look interesting?"

"Very! The Na'vi are extremely tall and blue, and they have long, thin tails!"

"Let's watch it then!"

He started the movie, and I quickly scurried over to him with snacks and drinks.

After finishing the snacks, not even midway into the movie, Jaemin cuddled up with me in the small couch that we sat on.

Luckily, there was a small blanket hanging over the couch, so I covered us with it as we continued to watch the movie.

"Hey hyung?"

"Yeah Jaemin?"

"Do you think Renjun-hyung will be alright?"

"I think so. He's a strong guy. I know he'll pull through somehow. We just need to give him time"

"I see..."

He became silent for a few minutes.

Eventually, I felt him hold my hand, his eyes still glued onto the screen.

"Then, do you think we'll all become closer too?"

I felt my ears twitch, from the slight shyness that I felt.

Regardless, I locked our hands together, and smiled at him, even if he didn't see.

"What do you mean? We're already close~"
