I was walking
near the Brooklyn Zoo It wasn't rare that an animal got out so i didn't think anything of It that i found Kong roaming the streets. But soon enough i found out that his parents had passed away and the zoo wanted him dead cause he couldn't be raised in the facility without parents. So they wanted to kill him. I couldn't let that happen so I took him in and the workers at the Zoo didn't care that I took him either they said, and i remember It vividly. "He has no parents, if you want him you can have him we were gonna put him down, but you can have him." I was shocked at everything they said by the fact that they wanted him dead and let me have him just like that. No matter, I still love that Kong is in my life. He is now in what seems to be his teenage years of his life. He's still little but he's growing fast. My friends now wanted to come over and meet him. So i happily obliged. Dana, Anne, Amanda, Erin, and Megan walked in that day and saw Kong and instantly thought he was adorable.

Kong looked at everyone, and cowered behind me.

"Oh it's okay honey, their nice don't be afraid." I said petting his head.

He walked over and looked at Dana.

"Hi Kong,I'm Dana." She said.

He then ran back to me.

"It'll take some getting used to I'm sure he'll love you guys soon enough." I said.

So with a few weeks of convincing Kong had been used to my friends. He gets along with everybody so well. I love my baby boy.

"Kong! Dinner!" I called to him he came running.

He cooed happily.

"Oh yes I'm sure your excited for your bananas aren't you!" I said.

He oooh's happily in agreement.
