Everest lived with one pup in her igloo before she met Ryder- her sister, Snowflake. They were always there for one another, but by the time Everest took it for granted, the icebridge broke. Everest didn't see Snowflake again until her pups were first starting to crush on the others (example- Maddie started liking Samuel). She didn't get the chance to say hi, because she was called for a mission. The rest of Snowflake's story is undecided, but she eventually becomes Everest's assistant.

Fun fact- Snowflake has a hat identical to Everest's. They were given to them by their mom.
