Steve: you and your BFF had won a school sponsored trip to Chicago after you'd won an architectural competition in the whole district. It took Aunt Nat's help to convince dad to let you go alone for the 4 day trip. After you two landed in O'Hare and were dropped to your hotel, you both passed out from jet lag all the way till dinner. When you woke, your bff convinced you to walk around navy pier as it was right across the street. You guys managed the last ride on the swings before you thought of dinner, deciding on Chicago's famous deep dish pizza.

Sadly, it was pretty booked on the Friday night, but a guy not too older than you, 'Peter', pretended you were his party and took you in. He explained how his actual party had ditched him and decided to give you guys the concert tickets he was going to give his friends. In the morning, you called your dad to say hi as you waited for your friend to get ready. You could see her from the window as her window was across yours. You told him about the guy you met, and how you were suspicious but your friend was dragging you along. You would go for her security.

As you were talking, you saw men enter your friend's room, and you fearfully whispered to your dad what was happening. He grew tense but kept his cool to not scare you more, and directed you what to do next. You got under the bed as he told you, waiting for his next instructions. He sighed before continuing.

"They're going to take you."

You let out a choked wince and your dad guided you only a few seconds longer before you got dragged out by your feet. You screamed the most descriptions you could for your father to hear before they caught on and knocked you out. Behind you, one of the men picked up the phone.

"I don't know who you are, and I don't know what you want. If you are looking for a ransom, I can tell you, I don't have money. But what I do have, are a very particular set of skills. Skills I've acquired over a very long time. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you. I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you. I will find you... and I will kill you."

"Good luck."

Tony: there was a serious security breach situation going on in your city. Like, military FBI CIA level. A group of Australian terrorists had gotten their hands on very dangerous missiles, threatening to detonate major cities if one of their leaders wasn't released from prison.

The terrorists had occupied a building under construction, holding a good number of people hostage, including some news reporters. The city had called in its local superhero, Ironman.

You, with your friend, watched the news at the library since school was closed. You purposely dropped your phone in your friend's bag when she left for home, believing it to be your only tracker. As your friend went home with your phone, you made your way to the building with the terrorists. You planned to sneak in without getting caught, sending out at least some hostages out the way you would go in. But as you were sneaking around, your watch beeped loud, and you got caught.

Outside, Ironman stood analyzing his situation.

"So, 7 bad guys, 15 hostages. That's 22."

"23, sir."

"Jarv, I don't think I could have graduated MIT without passing 1st grade math."

"They have another hostage, sir."

"How?! All hostages were announced!"

"I believe they have your daughter, sir."

"Y/n? My Y/n?!!?"

"Yes, sir. I'm sorry, sir."

"Well, shit."

Clint: it was a normal home burglary gone wrong, your dad wasn't home, and the burglars took you hostage when they left.

Natasha: you were kidnapped in a white van when you got out of dance class. When you didn't come home for 2 hours, your mom immediately knew and called up Clint and Fury.

Bruce: you had the unfortunate luck to be sneaking around a S.H.I.E.L.D owned chemistry lab when bad guys broke in to steal some terrible chemicals, kidnapping you along with.

Thor: your dad had managed to piss off some other race as he went for negotiations with them, and they sent in a secret squad to kidnap baby you in the middle of the night to use you against your father.

Strange: your dad had gone into another realm to fight off bad guys, but when he came back, he didn't realize he had left a rift in the curtain keeping the two realms separate. So, a gremlin minion had snuck in after your father, and abducted a baby you to take back to his king.

Loki: everyone had their qualms against your dad, and one day, a soldier who had lost his brother to the frost giant invasion led by your dad, decided to kidnap a baby you.
