I'm sure some of you know how my parents are... 

My mother actually threw me into a door two years back because I tried to grab something out of her hands...

My dad isn't as bad but he definitely has his moments.. 

Today I was watching a show with my parents, I only agreed to watch one episode since the show is almost over and I don't want to finish it in one go. 

I start walking upstairs to my room. (That is basically my place to get away from them since I constantly endure their teasing whenever I'm around and get yelled at when I try to defend myself.) 

My mom tries to stop me telling to "watch another episode" and "try another show" but I said no thank you. 

My brother starts yelling at me and so do my mom and dad. My mom says "if you watch another episode you can stay up until 11 (my normal bedtime) if not I have to go to bed at 10:30. I yelled that's not fair since I'm not break and telling them they were manipulating me and they straight up ignored those comments and kept ranting about how I'm ALWAYS in my room on my electronics. They offered once more and I ignored them that time. 

What should I have done? I really don't want to go to bed while I'm not tired and be alone with my thoughts... it never ends well...
