I need help but I can't go to my mom with this!

I'm rebounding on my anorexia, and I started a fucking water fast, I can't bring myself to eat, and idk what to do. I constantly feel fat, and ugly, and I am desperately trying to lose weight.

I need help, but I don't know how to tell people.
