i woke up, still in harry's arms, blushing as he started slowly waking up to the sunrise. 

"good morning indi" he said in a hoarse but cute voice as i blushed even more.

"morning harry" i said "lets go back and get changed, we can go to breakfast early." 

"yea" he replied as we got up together, him jumping through the window and extending an arm to help me in as well

"thanks" i smiled 

"no problem" he smiled back as we made our way back our rooms

i walked in the room to see hermione and astrid still asleep, not surprised as the sun had barely risen.

i quietly took a shower and got changed into a casual outfit under my robe. i quickly threw on a little bit  of makeup and did my hair. i also wore my shoes and grabbed my wand before walking out of the room and quietly shutting the door behind me.

"lets go" harry said as he saw me walking down the steps

we made our way out of the portrait hole towards the great hall, enjoying each others company silently.

we sat down at the table and had breakfast, just talking about quidditch, as more people started to join us.

me and harry decided to go and sit near the black lake before class.

*in transfiguration*

i walked in with harry, us parting ways to our seats. not long after, i saw hermione and astrid walk in and each slide in next to me, me in between.

"where have you been?" hermione hissed

"we were worried" added astrid

"sorry, i'll explain later" i said, seeing professor mcgonagall walk through the door.

*after classes in the common room*

"start talking, now" astrid demanded as we took seats in a corner of the room. 

"geez, calm down" i replied 

"sorry" she muttered

"well, i was with harry last night and we might have fallen asleep" i continued, immediately regretting my decision as i saw hermione and astrid exchange glances and look back at me, smirking and wiggling their eyebrows

"ooh" they said in unision as i rolled my eyes

"and this morning?" hermione asked

"oh, we woke up early, so we decided to go have breakfast early." i replied to which astrid immediately groaned "thats why the chocolate spread was so less" 

i snickered with hermione when harry came running in,  "i figured out what the second task is." 

*imagine he found out in the afternoon and not the middle of the night- oh and the second task is the next morning* 

all three of us immediately jumped up as we followed him and ron to the library

"i have to stay under water and retrieve something from the black lake in an hour" he explained

just then, moody came in.

"indi and granger you are needed in the headmaster's office" he said as all of us raised our eyebrows, looking at each other.

"now?" me and hermione chorused 

"yes. and no arguments" he said, seeing my mouth open to protest

"well good luck" hermione said to harry as we walked together to dumbledore's office 

"what do you think they want?" i asked 

"i dont know, i guess we;'ll find out" she replied as we walked in

"ahh, now everyone is here" said dumbledore

we saw cho chang and a pretty blond girl there as well.

i raised my eyebrows, hermione doing the same. 

"im sorry to do this to you" dumbledore said before saying a spell and pointing  his wand towards us before everything went black.

...

i woke up wet and in the black lake, not knowing where i was or what happened. i looked around realizing that i was the treasure that harry had to retrieve. 

i heard someone struggling to swim beside me and i quickly turned my head to see the blond girl drowning.

i immediately swam over to her and helped her up to the dock where fleur was waiting. i climbed up after her, hermione immediately wrapping me in a towel. 

"where is harry?" i asked, worried 

"he- " but before hermione could continue harry flew out of the water and landed on the wood floor, both of us immediately running with a towel to him.

"attention! attention! the winner is... mr diggory!" dumbledore called out as everyone cheered

"for showing unique command of the bubblehead shark. the way I see it, mr potter would have finished first had it not been for his determination to rescue not only miss weasley but the others as well. we've agreed to award him second place! for outstanding moral fibre." he continued

we walked towards the castle as astrid, ron, fred, and george joined us

"all that moral fibre eh?" fred said

"blimey even when you go wrong it turns out right." added ron

"well done 'moral fibre'" said george

we reached the gryffindor common room

"our spot, bedtime?" harry mouthed 

i nodded as he headed up to shower

*timeskip to bedtime* 

i climbed up to the roof, grabbing a blanket as it was cold outside, seeing harry already there.

"what happened last night?" he asked me, as i sat next to him

"well we walked into the headmaster's office and then he said a spell and then everything went black until when i popped my head out if the water" i explained

he nodded as we both looked into each others eyes just staring.

suddenly we both leaned in, our lips finally touching. 

we pulled back after a few seconds, but what felt like minutes, smiling

"i've wanted to do that forever" harry admitted

"me too" i replied

we both laid down under the blanket and cuddled below the stars

"indi?" harry asked, just as i was i was about to drift off to sleep

"yea?" i asked

"will you be my girlfriend?" 

"i would love to harry" i replied, kissing him again as we drifted off to sleep under the stars together.

*the next morning* 

i woke up around the same time as yesterday, confused for a second where i was before the memories of last night came rushing in.

i smiled to myself before turning around to see harry slowly waking up.

"morning babe" he said in his morning voice

"morning bubba" i replied, trying to get up

"where ya going?" he asked me

"to get ready" i replied

"noo stay for sometime, its early" he whined as i giggled

*after an hour*

"okay, we really have to get up now" i laughed

"finee" he said as we grabbed the blanket and climbed back through the window.

"ill see you at breakfast" i said, kissing his cheek, before walking up to my dorm to see astrid and hermione starting to wake up

"oh my god" i screamed excitedly 

"w-whAT" astrid said panicking

"harry asked me to be his girlfriend" i said

they both immediately shot up in bed

"when?!" hermione asked

"last night" i replied, still freaking out 

"finally" they both chorused

i rolled my eyes before heading to the shower to get ready

*at breakfast*

"hey guys" astrid said as her, me and hermione joined harry and ron at the table

"hi" ron nodded at us

"i see you made up with hermione" i said

ron scowled as i said "whats wrong with you"

"you're dating harry and you didn't tell me" he scowled

"it happened in the middle of the night, last night. i haven't seen you after that" i said exasperated sitting down

"oh okay then" he said as he started scarfing down food, making me roll my eyes
