I run with my glove on my hand as I try to catch the softball. I miss it by one inch. I glare at my brother Matthew.

"Hey stupid your supposed to catch it." He calls out to my.

"Oh shut up." I call back as I pick up the ball. He looks at me ready for me to throw it. I take a deep breath and I throw it right at his face. He moves and catches it right on time.

"Hey Ashly." I hear a male voice from behind me. I turn to see drake riding up on his bike. I wave to him with a smile.

"Hey drake." I say. He stops and jumps off his bike and walks over to us. We side hug then he takes the ball from my hand.

"Care if I play." He says the. Throws the ball to Matthew. I nod the Matthew throws the ball to me then I throw it to Blake and he throws it to Matthew. We do that for an hour or so then me and Blake had to the park while Matthew takes everything home.

"So, what do you want to do?" I ask as we sit on a bench. Drake shrugs.

"Maybe the beach I haven't been there yet." Drake says. Drakes only been here for a week so he hasn't had much time to do anything.

"That sounds fun, let's do it but I want to go home to I can get my swim stuff." I say. He nods before we jump up and he runs up to his bike as I run down the side walk. Soon he catches up with me and it turns into a race. I run like my life depends on it, its not t the hard since I was in my school's cross country team. Of course he beats me because he's a boss on the bike. I head to my room and I grab my beach bag, swimsuit, sunscreens, beach towel, brush, and flip flops. "Mom I'm going to the beach with drake." I call from the door.

"Ok have fun and don't stay out to late." She calls back. I run the the bathroom and change into my swimsuit and I put my clothes on over before I grab my bike and I Rudd across the street where drake was waiting for me with his swim trunks on. Once I ride up he smiles and I smile back.

"Ready?" I ask. He nods as he jumps on his bike and we race to the beach. We only like two miles away from the beach. We put our bikes in the sand before I take off my clothes so I could get in the water and I set my things down by drakes. I run into the water and shiver, man it's cold. Not long after drake comes up behind me and scares me. I turn I to we him shirtless and I look away as I fell my face heat up. Drake splashes me and I splash him back. We play around in the water for a bit then drake rides off to get some snacks. I lay on my towel as I wait for him to come back and doze off. I'm woken up to drake poking my side. I groan as I sit up.

"I'm got some chips and soda." Drake says. I nod and I take a sprite and a bag of wavy potato chips.

"I've had fun today, we should do this mor often." I say. Drake nods.

"Yeah but it's the beginning of summer so we have three months to come to the beach." Drake says with a laugh. I giggle a little and nod.

"Hey Ashly!" I hear someone call. I look to see my boyfriend Michel.
