My OC ^^

Size: same as average cat. Females are slightly smaller.

Appearance: any natural color but mostly have unnaturally colored markings. Have fins on the sides of their head that open when they are angry, shocked, frightened or frustrated. Their tail and the lighter part of their head fins are 50% transparent. The fluff inside of their ears usually has a seaweed-like structure. They have a glowing circle patch next to each eye that they can turn bright and dim, off and on. (Reminds me of SeaWings). They have a color that's usually found on all the markings in different shades. Their tongue is usually the same color of the markings in a darker shade. (Also the nose and insides of mouth, fangs excluded).

If you are bitten by one, you will start to feel dizzy and sleepy due to their venom (you won't die, just go to sleep or walk around in dizziness for a while). However, there is a way to counter these effects.
