5'4 and roughly 123-126 pounds. slender but still toned, with smooth, tanned skin and hazel eyes. wavy ginger hair that reaches her mid-back, usually worn in a high ponytail or a messy bun or braid. her facial features are generally soft save for her sharp jawline, with freckles splashing across the bridge of her nose and cheeks.

Felix Moore was an up-and-coming fashion designer hailing from New York. Though not yet a mainstream figure, he was well-respected in his community for his designs, which were known for being elaborate and having a unique touch to them. He made enough money to afford a somewhat-lavish lifestyle, and took every opportunity to display his work in local fashion exhibitions, hoping to get noticed by someone important and make it big. It was at one of these exhibitions that he met Aphrodite (disguised as a mortal), whose attention had been drawn by his work. They began a relationship shortly after, and she eventually bore him twins—Phoebe and Jay. After their birth, however, the disguised goddess insisted she couldn't stay and left him alone.

Felix took her departure to heart and lapsed into depression. He began drinking heavily in an attempt to numb himself, putting his dreams of fashion design on the backburner as he gained an addiction. Moreover, he developed a sort of resentment for his children, blaming them for losing his first and only love. If they hadn't been born and complicated things, he thought, she would've stayed. He was harsh on both of them, subjecting them to constant verbal and emotional abuse and forcing them to keep their apartment. Phoebe internalized her father's treatment far more than her brother, creating a sense of insecurity and poor self-worth that never left. This would develop into a dangerous inferiority complex as she grew older.

The Moore twins raised each other due to their dad's incompetence. When Jay faced bullying at school, Phoebe defended him, and when she dealt with the stress of life or heartbreak caused by boys he was there to comfort her. This continued until they were fourteen. One night, the siblings got into a heated argument with their drunken father (spurred by Phoebe's anger) that ended with him kicking them out. The two wandered lost and confused for five days before they were found by a group of satyrs, who brought them safely to Camp Half-Blood. While they arrived with few physical wounds, their mental and emotional ones would last for years to come–especially Phoebe's. With no family left, Phoebe and Jay became one of the few demigods who stayed at camp year-round.

definitely not a girl to mess with. she's not the most approachable, usually coming off as cold or snooty, and in addition her sarcasm is unmatched. has no filter and tends to speak her mind, regardless of other people's feelings. she's also very impulsive and hot-tempered, contrasting with her calmer and more reasonable brother, which can cause them to butt heads. though she can be stubborn, feisty, and even aggressive, she has a good heart and is fiercely protective of those she loves. if you somehow manage to get her to trust you, she'll care for you like another sibling.

her fatal flaw is her extreme ambition. her father's constant verbal abuse and belittling of her caused her to develop an inferiority complex, feeling that she'd never be good enough at anything she did. now, she does her best to hide this glaring insecurity beneath her "tough girl" demeanor. and more significantly, she'll take any possible chance to prove herself capable–even if someone could get hurt.
