Luck is one of the X-Men. No matter what she turns into she always has a darker (or lighter if she's something black) patch of fur/skin/scales in the shape of a four-leafed clover between her shoulder blades. Her superhero name is Shifting Luck. Her suit is completely black with the symbol I have posted in my art book between her shoulder blades.

She is not Irish, but she loves Ireland. Gallia Ishla and Jack Flyker are her two closest friends. She will be the main character of a book that I will not start for quite a while (I have some evil plans for it just because I had the idea and I really want to torment Charles, sorry buddy).

Her last name isn't really Phantom, but she doesn't know what it is (having been born as a wolf). She chose Phantom as her last name because almost everything she turns into is black, gray, or white. 

She doesn't talk much, but when she does it's because she's had an idea she thinks would be helpful. Because of this, many people think she doesn't listen to them. She listens intently to anything and everything that is said, she just chooses not to respond. She has a strange accent that isn't anything like any other accent on Earth (I don't even know what it sounds like so it can be whatever you want).

As her usual form (which is a human with a wolf's hearing and smell, eagle's sight, dragon's strength, cheetah's speed, and a dog's loyalty) she has black hair and pale skin that is hard to the touch (because her skin is partly scales and as a dragon she's white). Her eyes are dark green and she's tall (not sure how tall at the moment). 

Whenever she's around people she radiates calm and makes everyone feel good despite the fact she never speaks a word.
