The Syndicate is like the Order of the Phoenix but with all my OC's ( NOT INDIGO AS SHE IS ONLY 2 ) 

It started with Orion Rosier, Alyssa Malfoy, Alex Diggory and Ace Weasley in the qudditch world cup when the death eaters broke in. Orion thought 'If the aurors and the ministry won't do shit we can take matters into our own hands' so they did. And they created the syndicate. 

The leader is Orion Rosier and he tells the others what mission they are going on and who with. The second in command is Ace Weasley so if Orion dies Ace will take over as the leader.
