No matter how  we slice it she's still visibly part of Ennard. Similar to William being visible in Springtrap.

The ultimate guidebook confirms that Ennard is all the funtimes including Baby.

CB is the only funtime that has a round red nose, the party hat is representing the funtimes use "private 🎉"
The ears could go to Bidybab or Ballora.  Also not to forget CB's original eye color was blue. Plus in a way her remnant/soul is likely split into each of the funtimes the majority resides in Circus Baby. While the other fragments gave enough to where the funtimes could gain sentience and paranormal like activity.

Hmm I wonder what  main character in Sister Location this eye must belong to...  on both of these..

Perhaps even how is CB telling Mike he won't die if she isn't part of Ennard 🤔  Where is she hiding then in this scene? 

About her getting ejected from Ennard, the mask changes to  Funtime Freddy which further proves the original mask was based off her.
As far as the funtimes go they're based and represent the Afton family so Mike is still being shipped to robots based off his family.
In the fnaf6 poster Funtime Freddy and Bon Bon are based/represent William and Michael. Ballora & Baby are based and represent mother and daughter. Funtime Foxy is based and represents Evan especially when considering Evan seems to be introverted, reclusive and shy.

This argument led to Scrap Baby's eye teaser so its way past Sister Location.
