Elizabeth
She's mostly portrayed to being obsessed to Ice cream and dress up. She's the most annoying one of all the Aftons in the videos to me. She also hates Michael because he killed "Chris". She also is on the edgy side if you make her mad or take her ice cream she will murder you. In fact actually she can overpower anyone that enrages her.

Also why does she need to "buy" ice cream when Circus Baby has an ice cream dispenser? She also occasionally plays among us and other games. She also is the crazy shipper of the house if her brothers are with  their "partners" aka Ennard and Nightmare. The creators  have her say "UwU I ship it." or "Mah ship!"  She doesn't seem to have much of a personality  away from shipper and obsessed girly girl.

Michael
A couple ways he's portrayed 1. depressed, cutting himself  and is hated by everyone. 2. Yet after Ennard killed him he FORGIVES Ennard and they're in a heavy relationship having children in the future.  Ennard also can go in and out of Michael from Mike's mouth and stomach. 

Christopher

Usually he is the chill one who often has plushies of Fredbear and Nightmare... that he talks and makes out with.... mostly Nightmare on the makeout part. Speaking of which Nightmare and Chris have a child in the future too apparently. He gets along well with Elizabeth despite most of his time is spent is spent in his room with his nightmares.  Nightmare's nickname is Noot mare like no he is not cute or UwU.

How the fuck do you come to the conclusion this is cute and UwU?!

"Clara"

Mostly she is unnaturally/really sweet to where it's disturbing for me.  She also  looks exactly identical to Elizabeth to where it looks more like they're siblings than mom-daughter.  When she isn't being portrayed as this creepily overly sweet mother she's the mean abusive mother.

William

The "loving" father who is just doing everything to make his family happy and if anyone messes/hurts his family he will resort to torture and brutal murder upon that person with no second thought. When he is not being seen like this its usually soft William and soft William makes no sense.
