Its really inhumane if you ask me. Like when did prisons put shock collars on prisoners and force the prisoners to see them as "their master". Secondly aren't there like multiple guards watching the prisoners at all times? how do the prisoners get armed? I don't recall prisoners being able to walk and do whatever they wanted all day long. Or even wear "aesthetic clothing"

With Elizabeth she legit turns into CB in front of everyone kills some kid that challenges her turns into Cb again in front of the prisoners.

Like if they seriously can turn the others into killers for pretty dumb reasons I see no issue in doing that to William who is a killer. Mostly the reasons for the others being killers is because they were abused or somebody bulled or challenged them.
