I mean... they're alright. 

I would probably be more emotionally invested in this ship if I had a backstory, or some scene in which there's actual affection, but there isn't so. Except for that Fanfilm on Youtube called Sisters of House Black where it does show Lucius and Narcissa liking each other, but it's only a Fanfilm. But it is really good on the Sisterly bonding back in the err... 60s? Idk, whenever the Black sisters were in their late teens. 

I feel like Narcissa, growing up in the Black household, would love fine, expensive things. And she would also like a gentleman. And Lucius definitely has the money for fine and expensive things. He was probably a gentleman to Narcissa too.

They're married, so I guess they love each other. I so ship Lucius and Narcissa. I can't imagine either of them with anyone else, and while we don't see them together very frequently in novels or movies, the little we do see proves that they make a fantastic couple. They're like the Adams family couple in my headcanon: strange and dark, yet madly in love.

But does anyone love these Lucius memes? I know I do. They're hilarious!
