let it be me to present you bakugou katsuki.
a victim of an abusive household.
let's start by his mother, shall we?
mitsuki bakugou, a definitely hot milf, dang yea she is.
but she's also emotional and physical abusive and a really terrible mother- she herself has anger issues and used to punch her son katsuki on a daily basis.
she always yelled at him for every mistake and blamed him for everything he did (example is when she said it's his own fault for being kidnapped, that he is far to weak).
well.. she does wants the best for her son, but the way he acts shows that she never told him that she's proud if him for what he did or is doing.
his father masaru on the other side never did anything either, he never stopped his wife from being like this to their son.

bakugou was always told that he's the best, but was never acknowledged for what he did. people saw him as a monster, and his mother never saw him as good enough.
ofc he somehow needed to show himself that there is someone who is worse than him, and this someone was midoriya.
he was quirkless, the perfect victim, he could never be better than him,.. right? well he was, he got stronger, he got a quirk.. especially all mights! his idols!

he always needed someone to show himself that he is good enough, that he is fine, that there will be someone who is weaker then him.
it's so easy to understand-
and yea, he definitely said some shit that isn't okay.. but did midoriya die? did he even try to kill himself.. OR DID HE EVEN THINK OF IT?
NO, HE DID TF NOT. he never would've really killed himself.
