Don't get me wrong, the ship is pretty cute.  I like the fanart and stuff but think about their canon interactions.  They don't like each other and through the whole show Bill is a threat to Dipper and his family.  I've never watched Gravity Falls (I REALLY want to though) but I don't think they would have a very healthy relationship if they had one at all.

Edit: 5/10 I've seen Gravity Falls now and holy frick it's amazing if you haven't watched it you need to.  Bill really didn't get enough screentime though (and yes, I've seen season 2. I don't know why people kept asking.)

Edit 2: 5/10 I just had to add that I only ship it with aged-up Dipper because no amount of crushing on a demon makes an adult dating a minor okay.  If it's not sexual I might let a young adult slide, but we all know Bill ain't young.  Also the content of the ship that I view is PACKED with headcanons.  I love content with older Dipper and jealous human Bill and stuff like that but yea canonically I don't see it happening at all.
