This could work, but more as just friends. Since Serena is going to Hoenn, there is a big chance that they'll meet. They also have a lot in common, and in my mind, they're travelling together (and for my Contestshipping heart, Drew is also travelling with them). I just really like the idea that May has already won the Grand Final Cup (that's how you call it, right? It's a long time I've seen it) and that she will help Serena on her way, while there are also contests for the winner of the cup, so they also have to do something. Yay
