Guys, what if they were the next characters to travel through the next region?

My mind is blown. I'd actually be okay with that. Like, Serena would get over Ash, pokeshippers would be happy (maybe) cause they'd ship Serena and Paul, pearlshippers would be happy that Paul would be gone, and there ya go.

You know how the anime has brought back Misty, May, & Dawn? I wonder if Serena would invite Ash, or the other way around.

I don't think Paul is Serena's type, but it would be cute to see them together.

So I'm guessing Serena would be the cream and Paul would be the coffee, assuming it's straight black coffee.

I'm just thinking if Serena watched a full battle between Ash and Paul, she would still want Ash to win.

The Sinnoh league battle between Ash and Paul was the best. Like damn, that shit was lit AF.

I still think Ash should've lost though, but you know, he had to win at least once before he left Sinnoh.

Anyways, maybe once Ash leaves Kalos and goes to the next region, Serena's just gonna have to get over him, just like every other girl. She goes to Sinnoh for the fancy contests to start something new and meets Dawn, who's probably a top coordinator by now. They become best friends, and at one point they talk about Ash and their journey. Dawn brings up Paul and stuff. They go to Reggie's house to pick up one of Dawns Pokemon that he was taking care of and introduces Serena to Reggie (Pauls older bro). Paul comes down the stairs and groans that "troublesome" is there, and they'd keep arguing until Reggie stops it. Reggie introduces Paul to Serena, saying that she traveled with Ash as well throughout Kalos. Somehow Paul doesn't find Serena annoying, and the rest of the story is whatever.

Rate I give this ship: 7/10 cause both of them are a couple of my favorite characters.

I really want some of the main characters from different generations to meet, like Gary and Paul, Bonnie and Max, Shauna and Dawn, Grace and Johanna, etc.
