okay out of all the water type starters i absolutely love popplio especially since it gets so pretty when it evolves. I also love its cute little face and gah its just so cute and at best very innocent. I especially love it in the anime cause its so caring and protective of its friends. if i had to a have a best pokemon friend this one would definitely be a top 3 pick. So i say a solid 95 out of 100.
