"So... who are you?" The island's new owner asked the mysterious girl sitting by the wrecked rowboat.

"I'm Y/n Kraken, ally of the high seas and daughter of a pirate legend. And you?" The girl replied, refusing to look at the owner.

"I'm the person who has just bought this wonderful island! I'm guessing you live here?"

"Yes, I do. Unlike you, I've lived here since I was two years old. My mother left me here before she and my father died in a storm... but now its my time to leave, my ship is ready and I'm prepared to start a new life. My apologies if I've came across as... unfriendly,"

Y/n rose from the sandy ground, and walked off in the direction of a colourful, small ship. Its sails   were plain black, but the rest of the ship was a mixture of blue and green. It almost seemed like the ship represented the sea and its mysteries. Y/n started to board the galiant sloop, as her h/c hair flowed in the midsummer wind. Her aqua-blue jacket creased and the Kraken-eye brooch (that was placed on the breast pocket of the jacket) shined in the golden sun. 

Y/n lowered the sails and raised the anchor, and finally was saying goodbye to the island she'd spent most of her peaceful life on. But she needed a new start, and she didn't want to grow old on the same island. She was almost 27, and she dearly yearned for adventure beyond her home.

Two hours had passed since Y/n had last anchored down on an island. But night was drawing close. A large, uninhabited island was on the horizon, but Y/n was too tired to go on. Her arms ached and throbbed, so she went below deck to sleep. But before her head laid down on the hard wood, she heard a noise. Almost like another ship arriving next to Y/n's ship. But she disgarded it, and soon fell asleep. Little did she know of the surprise she would have when she woke up...
