It was graduating day of Karan and Arjun. Tears filled his eyes when he saw Karan's family present for their special day. He went to greet them when Sanjay held him by shoulder and hugged him "Congratulations Arjun don't think you are alone. Even though your useless uncle and aunty didn't come we are there for you and Karan both" He just tightened his hold and cried silently on Sanjay's shoulder. Anuradha lovingly caressed his back and said "Yes son your uncle is right. You are too our son like Karan"

Arjun was thanking Sanjay and Anuradha when Karan came along with his girlfriend Vidhya "Everything OK?" All three nodded at him. Arjun knew Vidhya. She was their classmate and Karan's girlfriend. Karan had told him yesterday that he was going to introduce Vidhya to his family today. So when he saw her standing with Karan, he decided to give the family their privacy. He faced Karan and said " Karan my cousin sister is coming in a few minutes so I will just go and recieve her from the main gate. Will meet you at the room directly in the evening" Karan nodded at him and after saying goodbye to all, he went away.

Arjun went near their college gate and saw his cousin sister and her new husband standing there with a boquet of flowers and a large gift. He waved at them and went near their car "Hey di. Hi Jiju. How are you two?"
His sister Shweta hugged him and said "We are fine Arjun. Congratulations bro for finally becoming IIT graduate. I am so proud of you" Arjun smiled at her. Her husband Jay too congratulated him and handed him the boquet and gift they bought for him "Congrats Arjun. Sorry buddy we couldn't make it in the convocation ceremony due to heavy traffic" Jay apologized him. Arjun just shook his head and dismissed his apology. Their presence was utmost important for him. His aunt and uncle had excused themselves by going out of town as they were not interested in attending his graduation ceremony but still his cousin sister and her husband came a long way from Pune to attend his convocation.

Shweta smiled sadly at him and said "I know Mom and Dad made an excuse to skip your convocation but don't mind them. You know they both can't come out of their selfishness shell but don't worry we both are always there for you. Never consider yourself alone ok my bro!"

Arjun couldn't express his gratitude to both of them for loving and supporting him so much so he just nodded his head and hugged her. Afterwards all three went to celebrate his graduation in a fancy hotel.
