To say Shota was tired was an understatement. He had a long day of teaching and just wanted to go home, cuddle with his cats, and take a nap.

But his wife had other plans.

"Pleeeeeeaassseee!"

"No, I'm too tired."

"But there's this new recipe I want to try."

"I just want to sleep."

"Fine." Emi walked away sad. Shota hated seeing his wife sad but he knew she would get over it in 30 minutes or so.

He laid back on the couch, closed his eyes, and was about to drift off when he felt a weight on his chest. He knew it wasn't one of the cats because this weight was much heavier. 

He knew exactly what it was.

He let a small smile appear on his face before drifting off.

Sorry this wasn't out sooner I've been having mental health issues and I have not been feeling as motivated.
