Emma's giggles filled the entire forest, a smile forming on Kai's lips. "Where are you taking me, Kai?" Kai's girlfriend asked, blindfolded. Kai, being a gentleman, led Emma by her hands down the gravel path, replying, "You'll see."

The 2 eventually reached a clearing, giggling and nearly tripping over each other. Smirking, Emma asked Kai, "May I take this off now?" She motioned to the blindfold, unable to see properly. Kai giggled, replying, "One second."

Emma could hear Kai walking around, occasionally bumping into her by accident. Giggling, the blonde stayed on her feet, making sure not to fall over when Kai walked into her. "Sorry! Ow, sorry! Wait, what's that....? Ow! Sorry!" Kai said, making Emma laughed.

Finally, Kai removed the blindfold, spinning Emma so she could face him. Kai and Emma smiled, as Kai asked, "Hey, uh, Emma?" "Yes Kai?" "....You like me, yes?" Emma smiled brightly, gently kissing Kai's cheek. That caused the Fire Ninja to blush so hard he put his Ninja gi to shame.

"I don't like you (Kai pouts), I love you." Emma replied. Kai beamed, passing Emma a remote control with a huge red button on it. Emma raised an eyebrow, asking, "What is this for, Kai?" The Fire Ninja smiled, replying by asking, "Why don't you push the button and see what happens?"

Emma smiled, hesitated before she pushed the button. Not to far away, several steel rods lit on fire, spelling out the words, "Will you marry me?!?" Emma gasped, as Kai dropped down to one knee in front of his love.

"K-Kai?!"

"Emma Garmadon, will you marry me?"

Kai asked, holding up a ring with a red stone in the center. Emma's eyes teared up, as she dropped to her knees and hugged her love, crying happily. Kai, thinking something was wrong, asked, "What's wrong?! Did I do something.....!?"

Kai was interrupted by Emma kissing on him on the lips. Kai smiled into the kiss, gently kissing back. After a few minutes, the 2 pulled back, placing their foreheads against each other. Kai smirked, asking, "Does that mean yes?" Emma laughed, kissing Kai again before she answered him, "Yes!"

Kai cheered, putting the ring on Emma's finger before he held her close in a hug. Emma hugged back, feeling as if all was right with the world.....

.... It would have been, if Skylor hadn't seen the young couple at that very moment......
