"Wait no! I'm not ready! I'm not ready! I'm so scared right now! I can't do this! I can't do this! I want Thorn! Please, I want Thorn!" Evie cried out at the top of her lungs as she was terrified and in pain and she just wanted her Isle friend who has been through this before.

       Thorn was Evie's secret friend from the Isle and she was a lot like her. Thorn and Evie both were the ones who hated how the children were treated on the Isle and they both used to help out with looking after them. In fact Thorn had even taken in 2 of them like her own and Evie had sorta done the same with Dizzy, Celia, and the Smee twins.

        Thorn unfortunately had been taken advantage of as well though which led to her having a baby on the Isle at the age of about 13 who she named Dove and Evie had been like an aunt to Dove as well as her other two "adopted" kids Tyson and Blaze as Thorn and Evie were basically sisters back on the Isle even though no one else really knew about that.

         Evie had also been there for Thorn when Fang became like a monster who had taken advantage of her. Evie had comforted her and helped her give birth and look after her babies, but now Evie was in the same situation just about 4 years later and she didn't have Thorn this time with her like she wanted.

         She loves Uma and Uma is basically her sister as well, but she just really wants someone who can help and relate with her right now and that just wasn't Uma that was Thorn. Evie would do anything to have Thorn here with her right now to make this not so scary because right now Evie is terrified.

      "Hey princess, yes you can! You can do this! You are so strong I believe in you princess. It's gonna be okay. You have to do this for Mal. And I know you want Thorn but she's on the Isle remember," Uma told Evie in her best confident voice as she was secretly terrified as well.

       She had never been in a situation like this before and she was terrified for her friend's safety and the baby's as well. Uma had heard a lot of tragic stories about births going wrong when she was helping Evie prepare for the baby and that secretly terrified Uma.

       She loves Evie like a sister and the baby is basically her niece. She doesn't want anything bad to happen to either of them, but she can't show that to Evie who is already terrified and panicking.

        Evie just started crying more as she looked at Uma giving her the puppy eyes as she started begging again for Thorn in which Uma couldn't resist anymore. "Alright princess I'm gonna go talk to king boy and see if we can get Thorn here. Don't worry you're gonna be okay," Uma told Evie, making her smile a little before another contraction hit as she started screaming in pain again.

        "OW! OW! OW! Oh gosh it hurts so bad! It hurts! It hurts! It hurts! Please Uma just hurry up!" Evie cried out as she felt another contraction hit her, this one worse than the last. Uma just nodded as she immediately got up and ran out the door in search of Ben so she could force him to bring over Thorn for Evie who was in labor and begging for her.

       "Uma what's going on," Ben quickly asked when he saw her come running in and she looked like she was in a panic and rushing. "You need to open that barrier and bring Thorn, Blaze, Dove, Tyson, and Arrow here now! But especially Thorn!" Uma practically screamed out as her friend was in pain and begging for this girl and Uma was going to make sure that she got that.

         Ben just looked at Uma in confusion as he didn't understand why she was acting like how she was right now. "Is there a reason that you need them," Ben asked Uma who just rolled her eyes as this didn't seem to be working.

         "YES! GET THEM NOW! EVIE IS ABOUT TO GIVE BIRTH TO A MINI HUMAN AND WANTS THORN! GO GET HER NOW! EVIE AND LOTS OF INNOCENT CHILDREN HAVE BEEN THROUGH HELL BECAUSE OF YOUR FATHER! DON'T BE LIKE HIM!" Uma cried out as she couldn't help it anymore.

         She despised this boy's parents for what they had done to them all, especially her best friend and all those innocent children on the Isle. Ben just gulped as he looked at the angry villain kid.

          He believed in second chances and he trusted that these children were all innocent, but he would be lying if he said that Uma didn't terrify him especially when she became angry like she was right now.

          "Of course we'll send a limo to bring them right away," Ben quickly told Uma, making her smirk as she had gotten what she wanted and she loved seeing the fear in the new king's face. It meant she wasn't as weak as people were trying to say she was now.

           "Okay good tell them to meet us at Auradon Hospital that's where Evie is right now," Uma quickly told Ben who just nodded before letting all the information finally hit him as he realized something.

            "Wait!" Ben called out making Uma groan as they were wasting time and she wanted to get back to Evie. "What king boy! I have to get back to Evie," Uma quickly told Ben with an attitude making him sigh as he looked at her.

             "I thought Evie was only like 7 months pregnant," Ben nervously told Uma who just rolled her eyes. "Yeah baby is coming early, so what just get Thorn and tell her to meet us at Auradon Hospital," Uma told Ben as she didn't feel like listening to Ben any longer.

             She didn't fully hate the young boy, but she would be lying if she said she didn't still hold a grudge against him for what his parents had done. "Got it does Evie need anything else," Ben asked Uma trying to help as Evie was his friend too.

             "No that's all thanks king boy," Uma told Ben as she left the castle and went back to the hospital to check up on her friend. "UMA YOU'RE BACK! DID YOU GET THORN!" Evie cried out as another painful contraction hit her.

            "Hey princess! Yeah I'm back and not yet, but king boy is sending a limo to get her," Uma told Evie, making Evie smile a little before another contraction hit, this time more painful than the last.

               "Oh gosh! That one was worse! I hope she gets here soon. I think this baby is coming really soon!" Evie cried out as more pain hit her. Before Uma had time to say anything else the door opened as a red haired girl entered, making Evie smile as she recognized the slightly older girl right away.

              "Thorn! Thank god you're here! I'm so scared right now!" Evie told the slightly older girl who just gave her a sad smile as she came closer to Evie and hugged her a little. "Hey blueberry I heard you were begging for me," Thorn playfully told Evie hoping to distract her a little and make her feel a little better.

                Evie just laughed a little before more pain hit her again making her scream out again. "Hey shh it's okay blueberry. I know it hurts, but just think about how amazing it's going to be to hold your adorable baby for the first time," Thorn told Evie as she gave her another sad smile. It was painful to watch her friend have to suffer through the same thing she did about 4 years ago when Fang had taken advantage of her.

         She would never tell this to Evie, but she had actually done that to protect Evie as Fang had been fantasizing about doing what he had done to her to Evie, but she stopped him from doing so by giving him herself in exchange for Evie's safety. if Evie ever found out that though she would never forgive herself, so she's never going to tell her.

          But she had protected her and thought that Evie was safe until the limo showed up with the message from Uma explaining that Evie had been taken advantage of by Henry and was having a baby and begging for her to help.

          It had broken her heart the moment she heard that and she just knew she had to come and help her like Evie had done with her when she had Dove. Evie just smiled a little as she thought about 4 years ago when she had used those same words on Thorn when she was terrified to give birth to her daughter on the Isle. 

        "That speech sounds familiar," Evie playfully told Thorn who laughed a little as she couldn't help it seeing her friend happy. "Yeah well it's true," Thorn told Evie who laughed again.

        "Yeah! Oh my gosh speaking of are Dove,Tyson, and Blaze  here too! I miss those little rays of sunshine," Evie asked Thorn who just smiled as she thought about her kids who were now safe with Arrow waiting out in the waiting room.

          "Of course! And they can't wait to meet Auntie Evie's new baby," Thorn playfully told Evie who laughed again before she felt the most amount of pain that she had ever felt as the contractions started to hit faster and faster.

           "OW! OW! OW! OH GOD IT HURT SO BAD! I FEEL LIKE I'M DYING RIGHT NOW!" Evie cried out in pain, making Thorn nod as she looked at Uma who was just playing on her phone and letting Evie and Thorn have their little mini reunion.

            "Uma get the nurse I think the baby is coming now," Thorn quickly told Uma who just looked up in panic as she saw the amount of pain Evie was in. "Alright I'll be right back!" Uma quickly told the others as she ran to get the doctor.

             As soon as Uma came back with the doctor the doctor took one look as she nodded letting them know that it was definitely time for Evie to push. "Alright sweetie you're 10 centimeters dilated now. It's time to start pushing," the doctor told Evie who started panicking again as she filled with fear again.

            "NO! PLEASE I'M NOT READY! IT'S GONNA HURT SO BAD! IT'S GONNA HURT! PLEASE THORN AND UMA I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS!" Evie sobbed out as she wasn't ready to push yet and she was feeling terrified.

            Thorn and Uma both quickly stood by Evie as they started trying to calm her down as they both knew Evie had no choice right now. It was time for her to push.

           "Evie it's going to be okay we're right here. You are so strong! You can do this! Just squeeze our hands okay," Uma and Thorn both told Evie trying to calm her down, making Evie nod a little as she gripped onto her friends' hands as she knew they were right, but it didn't change how terrified she still was.

           "Okay sweetie you need to push!" the doctor told Evie who just nodded while she was still sobbing in pain as she started trying to push, but was filled with the most painful feeling she had ever felt as she quickly stopped not being able to do it.

             "I CAN'T IT HURTS! IT HURTS SO MUCH! I CAN'T DO IT! I CAN'T DO IT!" Evie sobbed out as she squeezed as tightly as she could on her two friends' hands. "YOU NEED TO KEEP PUSHING!" The doctor quickly told Evie as she knew Evie needed to get the baby out now, but the young girl wasn't listening.

             "IT HURTS TOO MUCH!" Evie sobbed out again, making the baby heart monitor go off as the small baby was becoming distressed as she wanted out, but couldn't get out. Which caused the doctor to immediately start panicking as she knew this baby wasn't going to make it if Evie didn't stop being stubborn and her friends did too as they tried to help convince Evie to push as well, but it was still no use.

             "OKAY YOU NEED TO PUSH NOW! YOUR BABY IS IN DISTRESS! SHE NEEDS TO COME OUT NOW!" The doctor screamed out in panic as she had tried to stay calm, but she couldn't do it anymore.

              Evie just started sobbing more as she tried to push, but it was just too painful again making her cry harder as she didn't want to harm her baby, but it was just too much. "I CAN'T!" Evie sobbed out as she was starting to lose energy as well.

               "OKAY WE NEED TO GET YOU INTO OR! WE NEED TO PERFORM AN EMERGENCY C SECTION!" The doctor quickly told Evie as she ushered Uma and Thorn out when she could see that this was clearly not working and this baby still needed to come out now.

              Evie immediately started screaming at the top of her lungs as she was already panicking and this was making it even worse. "WHAT! NO! DON'T CUT ME OPEN! DON'T CUT ME OPEN! I DON'T WANT A C SECTION! PLEASE NO!" Evie begged out, but the doctor just shook her head no as this was their only option left.

              "WE HAVE TO! YOUR BABY NEEDS TO COME OUT AND YOU BOTH ARE TOO TIRED TO PUSH IT OUT!" The doctor told Evie as she was quickly taken to the OR and prepped for her emergency C section while she was still sobbing and begging not to.

               Evie didn't get to scream for very much longer though as soon as they reached the OR they placed a tube on her nose and before Evie knew it she was out as she fell into the darkness.

             "Hey sleepy head," Uma playfully called out once Evie had finally woken back up. Evie just looked around in confusion as she started to come back to reality, but was still loopy. "Where am I," Evie groggily asked Uma who just gave her a smile.

              "Your old room. You are a stubborn person, you know that," Uma playfully told Evie who nodded before remembering everything that happened before. "Wait, is my baby okay!" Evie quickly cried out, making Uma smile as she nodded.

               "Yeah your little Mallory Rose Apple Queen is doing good," Uma told Evie who nodded. "Where is she?" Evie asked Uma who was about to respond when the door opened as Thorn came back in this time with a little girl following after her.

                "Hey you did good. You had a bit of a rough birth, but at least it's over right," Thorn told Evie who nodded but she was still feeling worried as she was yet to see her baby. "Uh huh but where is my baby," Evie asked her friend who just sighed a little as she looked at her.

         "NICU," Thorn told Evie, making her fill with panic as the words hit her hard like a ton of bricks. "My baby is in the NICU! Is she okay!" Evie quickly asked her friends in panic as she knew you never wanted to have a baby in the NICU.
