Delphi is a lot like her mother yet she doesn't know who her father is and she thinks that Fred is her dad even though her actual father is Tom Riddle

Delphi, unlike her mother, is not as hotheaded as Charlie but when it comes to Rita Skeeter well she 100% hates Rita. Umbridge hasn't met her and once she has met Delphi and her mom, Umbridge wishes that she didn't anger them to the point that they would give her to the dementors.
