After the death of her sister Rebecca felt lost. She tried to bring her back to life...wanting her back. At this cost she lost her left arm.
After gaining automail she did the fact from her brother and continued to climb the ranks of the military. She was just awarded as general when her second injury happened. Someone had tired to kill her, slicing at her optic nerve. It had almost killed her but thanks to the fast work of the military she lived but at another cost. On the back of her neck is now a metal plate. It is highly sensitive so she is unable to get it wet without her having a near death experience. Only a few know about the plate since it's always hidden by her hair much like how her automail is covered by her jacket. Only one person knows about the females arm and neck and it is surprisingly Alphonse Elric but only because he walked into the wrong place at the wrong time.

Personality:
She has mad a title for being cold but quite. The young general doesn't enjoy talking that much since she has a habit to stutter, space out and to simply for what she wanted to say

- she doesn't like transmutation oddly enough but does do it quite often

- she tends to also flinch ever once and while at gun shots, almost traumatized from her sisters death who died at gun point.

Likes:
She enjoys going for walks, different flora and spending time with alphonse. She enjoys his company.

Dislikes:
She doesn't like it when someone gets injured but she could have stopped it in someway. Guilt runs through her.

Habit(s): if it's on hand and she gets startled outside the office at her home she tends to pull her gun out.

they say the general has never missed a shot since her aim is almost dead on.
