Name: Shadow mask.

Why: Because he doesn't want his family mainly his older sister Ava to know whom he is.

Costume:

Motivations: He never liked hero's after his twin sister/brother were born people made fun of him and his mother was used a some hero project thing which he hated. THAT's why he is a villain.

Quirk: Dark matter.

Abilities: He has the account for approximately 85% of the matter in the universe, and about a quarter of his total energy density. The majority of dark matter is thought to be non-baryonic in nature, possibly being composed of some as-yet undiscovered subatomic particle. Maxt can make things/objects out of his dark matter he can also use it to make portals and because of his mom quirk he can make Phoenix wings out of dark matter as well but he doesn't do it often.

Moves: Shadow shock, warp slice and darkness strings. 

Weaknesses: His power gets weaken during the day time. After using his quirk he will become light headed or dizzy and he can only use his wings for 2 hours without his back being in pain.
