Geography and Nature

Landscape
The Light Kingdom is a bright kingdom of rolling plains, valleys, and fields. There are evergreen forests that dot the kingdom here and there. Most forests surround beautiful and bright lakes and small rivers.

Weather/Climate
It is mostly sunny in the Light Kingdom. Storms are common during winter, but snow is a rare sight. Sun-showers are seen frequently during the warmer months of the year.

Flora/Fauna
Most plants and animals seen in the Light Kingdom are common and seen all over the world. However there are some unique plants that only grow in this kingdom. They are known as the light flowers and are flowers that emit soft white light. They are seen as a symbol of hope, but are rare to find.

Bryn was not born a royal. He was actually Azura's servant while growing up but left before her coronation. He returned disguised as a noble and their love was still there. Azura picked him out immediately and the two have ruled together ever since.

The King and Queen were not just powerful symbols of light, nor was Karter their first child. Bryn was also a descendant of a family of seers. Unfortunately, their first born was gifted these powers and became wanted among unfavourable groups. The King and Queen sent them off to hide away with a new name and family - and the power of the kingdom.

The Kingdom Spirit

Lux is a kind spirit, a peaceful negotiator who wishes to avoid violent conflict.

History and Conflicts
The Light Kingdom was built on the values of peace and kindness. It's rulers attempted to build close relationships and alliances with their fellow kingdoms. However, with opposing values, their relationship with the Dark Kingdom was never a successful one. While they won the first feud war has long since been a looming threat.

Economics and Natural Resources
Due to the nature of the kingdom and its landscapes, crops and agriculture are its highest produced resource. They trade with most kingdoms, their allies and neutral territories, but not those sided with the Dark Kingdom.

Classes
Royalty and nobility are the highest class. The upper class don't have such titles but are able to live comfortably enough. Most commoners would be considered middle and/or working class. The lower class is small and consists of mostly commoners in towns and villages near the border of the kingdom. The King and Queen worked hard in attempt to eliminate the class system, travelling and visiting cities and towns to assure all were being treated fairly.

Culture

Fashion

The royalty and nobility are often seen in modest and sophisticated clothing of pristine whites. To know the difference between the two, royalty are often seen with gold trims and accents, while the nobility have silver trims and accents.
While there is a class difference among the commoners they're fashion is rather similar - providing interchangeable styles was part of the King and Queen's attempts at demolishing classes among the commoners. Their clothing consists of whites and beiges with a vintage, light academia type aesthetic.

Art and Entertainment
The Light Kingdom is known for hosting rather extravagant balls and masquerades. While some are private functions among royals and nobility, most are open to the public and anyone and everyone can attend.
Visual art is the most popular art form with music coming a close second. People are encouraged to learn instruments and different forms of visual arts. It is common to find buskers and painters in the streets of big towns and cities.
Markets can be found throughout the cities almost every week. Food and art are often the main commodities. Festivals are held once a month and when the royals are visiting.

Magic
The most common base magic of people in the Light Kingdom is light magic. Light magic involves controlling and manipulating light, providing warmth, and has some healing properties. But don't let it's typical good nature fool you - light magic can be powerful and dangerous.
Other base magic types such as healing and elemental magic are also common in this kingdom.
The Light Kingdom does not discriminate against different types of magic and allow spaces for people to practice many of them. However, dark magic, while not illegal, is frowned upon and not commonly practiced or taught.
