Joseph McValliers (The Order's financial backer, he handles anything the Order may need, like weapons, armor, Dust, and vehicles.)

Hans Alister (The Order's spymaster and information broker, he handles the work done behind the scenes, such as assassination, espionage, blackmail, kidnapping, extortion and interrogation)

Admiral Mathers (The commander of the Order's armies, a high ranking Atlas offical who handles the recruitment and training of new members)

Matthew McClain (The Order's leader, who oversees everything and gives out orders and instructions to the other three. A very wealthy and influential businessman who answers directly to Nihil's second in command, Malthus)

Personnel

Cultists(Members are numbered in the millions and include people of all races and occupations. This means anyone could be a cultist, and no one would know till they revealed themselves. All the worlds and universes Nihil has conquered have his cult, and many other multiverses have members of his cult secretly imbedded within various places.) (Replace the symbol on their chests and vambraces with Nihil's symbol)

Everything beyond this point is the present and future soldiers and vehicles of the cult, the technology having been kept secret and hidden by surviving descendants of the cultists.

Dark Soldiers(These are Atlesian soldiers, White Fang members and many others who volunteered to join an experimental program involving cybernetic soldiers. They are faster, stronger and smarter than ordinary humans/faunus, who's armor is equipped with a slow acting healing system, effectively acting as their own medic)

Dark Towers(These are the heavy troopers, who specialize in explosives, assault, and all around destruction)

Dark Talons(These are the melee specialists, armed with shadowglass katanas and shadowglass-firing pistols)

Ghosts(These are the snipers, masters of guerilla warfare who are capable of shooting a moving target from 450 meters away. These men and women are highly independent, going for months or even years on their own, making repairs to their equipment and armor on the go, even making their own ammo)

Dark Wolves(The best of the best, equipped with only the best weaponry and armor. They are loners, going out for months at a time without backup on various tasks, anything from information gathering to assassination. They also rarely operate in groups of two to three)

Background: The cult first began around a century after Nihil's rebirth, though it only started out in an isolated village as rumors of a "black-clad demon disguised as a man" drove some of the more desperate and fearful people to worship him in hopes that he'll spare them. It only consisted of a dozen or so men and women, as most of the sane people didn't believe in the rumors, that is until Nihil showed up and started to slaughter the villagers. When met with his self-proclaimed followers, Nihil simply let them be, a part of him pleased by the fact that mortals were worshipping him. After that fateful encounter, the members of the cult spread far and wide, speaking of the great things that he has done and how terrible his wrath is. Over the centuries, it slowly grew to become more of an organization than a cult, with influential and numerous members from all over Remnant. From Atlesian officers to wealthy businessmen, to shop owners and White Fang members. They have numerous hidden bases, outposts and facilities located in Vale, Mistral, Menagerie and Atlas, though their main headquarters is located in Atlas.
