Shades(These beings are primarily used as Nihil's assassins, and are sometimes sent to fetch a person for him. These beings are completely invisible, and can only be seen by Death. They are capable of killing anyone that is weaker than Nihil's normal form, but are completely useless against those who are stronger.) (Shades also cannot be permanently killed, only banished.)

Shadow Wolves(These creatures are also used as scouts, but are usually used to quickly overwhelm opponents and kill survivors of his killing sprees. They are fast enough to catch gods off guard, strong in numbers but weak by themselves.)

Ravens/Crows(They act as scouts, messengers, and spies for Nihil. They have the same red eyes as their master.)

Demons of Shadow(Beings formed out of the shadows of Nihil's realm, they are used as tanks in his armies. They use longswords inscribed with unholy runes, imbued with shadow magic, and large shields capable of deflecting any kind of projectile. They act as cover for the Shadow Archers, The Dark Mages and Silent Sorrows.)

The Forsaken(Husks of fallen warriors from different worlds, resurrected and twisted by the Corrupted. They are used as soldiers, and are used as guards for places that are important to Nihil. They will fight to the death in his name, and are extremely hard to kill. They will do anything that is assigned to them, such as assassination, kidnapping, interrogation, making deals with mortals, scouting, spying, and aiding him in combat. They also guard those closest to him, such as his friends, children, wives, and the leaders of his armies. )

Black Knights(These beings were created for the sole purpose of fighting Primordials, Dragon Berserkers and gods. They are considered the strongest amongst Nihil's creations. These knights will sometimes ride into battle on shadow dragons.)

Shadow and Undead Dragons(After years of research and the development of his powers, Nihil is now able to create and resurrect dragons for his own purposes. There are many who hate him for doing such things, and have vowed to hunt him down.)

Nihil has his own realm that he created between the shadow realm and the material realm, which is called the Dark Realm. He can summon creatures from this world to do his bidding, and they can only be killed by direct light, or weapons created by Primordials/Elder gods.

Notes
-All of his servants know no fear, pain, mercy, or remorse.
-They are unwaveringly loyal only to him, and those closest to him.
-They will die for him without any hesitation.
-Since all of his servants were created from shadows, they are capable of seeing invisible enemies.
-Since all of his servants, excluding the cultists are not human/living, they do not require sleep, nourishment, or even air to breathe.
-Only Nihil and the ones who have been marked with his symbol can go into the Dark Realm. The only ones who have been marked with his symbol are his lovers, servants, children and those who have pledged their souls to him.
-Those who have pledged themselves to him so far are Salem, Tyrian, Watts, Hazel, Cinder, Emerald, Mercury, Roman, and Neo.

Note: This section is meant only for Death's Rose, and stories that will allow characters to be overpowered.
Note 2: When he created his realm, several materials emerged, such as Shadowglass and Shadowsteel. These materials are capable of cutting through and piercing any kind of armor, though they have been shown to be counteracted by armor made of light. Nihil sometimes gives these materials as weapons to agents of the Darkness or to those who swore allegiance to him or one of his Queens, Salem. Other materials that emerged are Shadowoak, Shadowleather, Shadowcloth and Shadowplate(These same materials were also used by the Shadows and Hollow himself).
Very Important Note: Though these beings serve as the Darkness' armies, they are only loyal to Nihil, and hold no love for the other Dark Lords.
Very Important Note 2: If a Nihil dies permanently, his armies will dissolve/die, due to Nihil's power fading because of his death, since his power was used to create them.
Very Important Note 3: With each version of himself that a Nihil absorbs, not only does he grow stronger, but so does his armies, as he also absorbs the other Nihil's armies.

The Dark Realm

This is a dimension made for Nihil by both Hollow and himself. It exists between realms, real but not real at the same time. It is a darkness within darkness, so natural, destructive and pure that if one were to try entering this realm without a trace of that darkness within them or without permission, it would utterly destroy their very existence.

Notes about the Dark Realm

-Though rarely seen due to clouds always covering the sky, there is a sun and a moon. Though, 'sun' could be put very loosely, as it glows with radiant dark purple, seemingly being a lighter form of shadows. Unlike the sun, the moon is a deep crimson red.

-Much of the Dark Realm is nothing but woods, which are always hidden in a strange form of mist. The creatures of the realm often live there, preferring the absolute darkness, though the tallest and oldest of them often live in the mountains or valleys.

-Nihil's castle rests against mountains with a wide, flat plain in front of it, only allowing a single way in and out. (Ignore the surroundings and the yellow light coming off the fortress/castle, and imagine it all in a black and sliver color.)

Nihil's castle/fortress

-The castle is protected by beings that only exist in the Dark Realm, known as Dark Ones. They are the royal guardians, and are only capable of leaving the realm for a short time before dying. But they are the strongest amongst Nihil's army, and cannot die for as long as they remain in the realm.
