Powers: she can see into the future (much like clearsight), deformed gills (only work in fresh water), can breath a cooler fire (only when warm enough, and it only tickles another dragons scales), light up he stars on her wings/body.

Personality: smart, clever, shy, anxious, once she opens up she is a very kind-hearted dragon. Meek, scared, worried, she struggles to trust dragons. Storm is a very shy dragon, she often struggles to talk to other dragons. She wants to make other dragons feel better, but is too scared to even start a conversation.

Brief Bio: Storm grew up in the kingdom of Night, learning with the other dragonets. She went to nightwing school, but wasnt really close to any of the dragonets. eventually she went to jade mountain academy, where she now resides. (This will most likely change in the future so idk)
