Name: Kai Ue.

Villain Name: The Kaiju

Age: 16-22.

Hair Color: Black, somewhat long and surfer like.

Eye color: Green.

Height: 6'1.

Quirk: A Mutation Quirk that he calls Kaiju. Kai's Quirk at a glance only resembles stylized tattoos all over his body, when he uses his Quirk the markings will glow an electric yellow and will shift into a Kaiju when he bangs his arms on his chest, his skin changes to where it seems like he has a sea urchin on his back, his arms shift to something vaguely human but end in claws, his head shifts to a near moray eel like face with some pufferfish like quills where the hair would be, his legs shift to look more aquatic like a salamander mixed with a crocodile, his chest seems to be covered in tentacles arranged in a pattern, his neck has frilly looking gills. and behind him a tail that has suction cups and more spines. His gills allow him to stay underwater for long periods of time, which is where he prefers to sleep a lot.

Appearance: Kai Ue tends to wear a black with an orange strip bathing suit and wears no t-shirt showing off his muscles and markings.

Bio: Kai Ue and his twin Brother Kubo Ue are orphaned when their Quirks started to appear. Kai's Quirk appeared at day care one day while in a playground he entered an unexpected rage when another child destroyed a city made out of sand that Kai spent hard work on doing, so he retaliated and became a smaller version of a kaiju. His brother Kubo had his Quirk reveal itself.

Likes: Had a massive crush on Mt Lady, likes to cook, likes reading about the ocean, and going to the aquarium.

Dislikes: A Majority of some heroes, being called a monster, hates it when there are people who ruin the ocean.
