Nemesis: not just the Tennysons for Batman, etc, but also all the Jokers in general (Heath Ledger, Joaquin Phoenix, Jack Nicholson, Jared Leto, Ceaser Romero, etc) because the Joker blame him for stealing their act. Not to mentioned he sometimes like HLJoker's obsession in some universes that they are in the same ones.

Bio: There's not much to say about him but how he became the Blu Jester. It's similar to Joker's origin story form the comics. It was a ICE chemical waste he fell into. He somehow survived the freezing temperatures and sucked up its power. Then he became an evil Jack Frost Joker named, the Blu Jester.

Fun fact: he was inspired from Joker in Batman vs Dragucla and Batman in Belfry and Brain Freezer from Johnny Test. His personality is ALOT like Brain Freezer, since of course he doesn't kill anyone a lot like the actual Jokers do.
