Backstory: Uma was originally a human girl who lived on the streets and worked for the Purple dragons but isn't one of those 'weak' ones as she says, after being bitten by the Oozequito she transformed into a long tail red slider Snapping turtle with a hint of a lizard.

Uma is somewhat the opposite of Leo and its what attracts the two together without realizing it in the first place. While Leo being a lay back goof who tries flirting with her, instead of blushing Uma either punches him, slaps him and/or gives him threatening looks towards him.
Uma is the turtles frenemy since she likes working solo and only helps them if the threat is bigger than expected other wise she's annoyed by them (more towards Leo)

((*now reading their ages and its fair enough not to put deep romance with them now since they're still a bit young so its those crushes where you're crush will either punch you or slap you and act more annoyed without showing their real feelings almost a bit like real life, that is basically Uma lol ))
