Personality: On the outside, Iceberg is self centred and over confident like most IceWings. However, when you get to know him, he is actually a very intelligent and hardworking dragon. He is fairly idealistic like his father but not as obsessed with forcing his ideals onto others. His most important value is friends and his worst fear is his frostscales.
Backstory: When Iceberg hatched, the hatchery caretakers had to quickly pull him away from Snowdrift so the frostless twin wasn't killed. However, Iceberg's scales still froze some of the scales on his wings leaving him unable to fly long distances. After this, Iceberg was kept separate from the other IceWing dragonets. One day his father brought in an animus hybrid from Possibility who enchanted a gold necklace to block the effects of frostscales. This meant that Iceberg was safe to be around but after 2 years of the other dragonets fearing him, he struggled to make friends within the tribe. His mother wasn't too happy about his son's social skills and allowed him to visit the other kingdoms when messengers went outside the Ice Kingdom. It was on a trip to Possibility that Iceberg met a firescales SkyWing dragonet called Comet. Since the frostscales evens the firescales, the two could be around each other without worrying about burning or freezing the other. The two quickly became friends and Iceberg would tag along on any trip to Possibility. His father eventually gave him an enchanted bracelet which fades fireproof and would allow Comet to cross over the great Ice Cliff. The two spent even more time together learning to write in the snow and read the signs around the Ice Kingdom. One day, a SkyWing messenger arrived with an invitation to join the Treetop Academy which he accepted and left a day later. Iceberg was quite sad about this and frequently asked his father to allow him to go and on his
7th hatching day, he got an invitation to enrol.
