Physically Kaz is very fit and in shape, she stays in shape by helping the crew set up. She's normally tired at band practices but no one really says anything because she can keep up rather well.

Kaz' mental health fluctuates quite often she had be good for months at a time on tour until she grows homesick or more so homesick for the two people she cares for the most. After her grandfather passed her mental health took a nose dive for a few years, after that she had to take better care of herself so she could comfort her grandmother as well as be there for her. After she became sober again she often wrote letters and called her grandmother as a way to remind herself why she was sober.

From the age of seven to when she turned ten is when her parents came back for her, from ten to eighteen is when she lived back with her parents this cause the female to begin to grow very independent and separate herself from her parents growing cold towards them.

As she grew up she was hounded by them to stay home and study as well as fix her grades, this caused an even greater divide between her and them. By the time she was eighteen she packed up the things she had and left to her grandparents house. After that she began her music career and began to grow said career with her grandparents support.

Kaz started out playing at smaller clubs with other bands who spotted her at smaller gigs, she began to work her way up from band to band the better she got at playing and the more she felt like she didn't fit in with the people she played with. At twenty she met Simone who became a sort of mentor to her in the music world always enorucaging her to try and meet people and make connections as well as not to sell herself short, around her twenty second birthday long after she had signed with  Runner Records Teddy introduced her to Daisy jones a new singer whom she'd be playing with. She began to play backup band for the singer sticking around when Hank had tried to get her and the rest of Daisy's back up band to leave and eventually Daisy insisted she stay around with the Six after she stuck around for her despite not knowing her.

After making a career for herself she ends up retiring from performing and instead takes to managing bands wanting to be a sort of safe person like Rod had been for her when she joined up with the Six, she eventually helped managed quite a few successful bands. She still lives in LA in the first home she had bought, her life never slowed down despite her retiring from performing. She still tours, and even still plays at special events.

~ When Kaz lost her grandmother a few years after she left the band she was very close to relapsing, the day she lost her grandmother she got quite a few letters and packages from her old Bandmates. After reading them it was encouragement to stay sober as well as a very large quantity of cinnamon hearts and other candy she ate very frequent during her time with the Six and Daisy jones. Eventually she began to get calls from some of them after mainly from Daisy, Simone, Billy and Camila; the calls helped keep her on track even if it was hard.

~ Kaz stayed in close contact with Daisy, Simone and Karen after she left. Karen and her would exchange post cards of wherever they were touring at the time, she kept them all in a shoe box she keeps in her closet.

~ She ended up parting with a few of her less sentimental rings by giving one to each of the woman in the band including Camila.
