Information:
Her mother was always making experiments out of Morrígan. So because Aria gotten ahold of the death Titan she had Morrígan eat the flesh after starving her for days this making the new and alive death titan. She was told to stay quiet and not tell anyone. So she haven't she have never showed her titan form and never told anyone. She didn't leave her house as she didn't trust anyone around her. However when her father was in the survey Corps getting ready to defeat the titans incase they appear and her brother was out gathering things for the family. Morrígan ate her mother killing her. However she told her father and brother that she never saw her mother since she woke up. There was no evidence that she was killed so they assumed she left.
When Wall Maria was destroyed Morrígan along with everyone else escaped to Wall Rose. She escaped with Eren and his friends but they never actually met until they joined the training corps.
