Information:
When Issei was around 5 years old he got kidnapped and was made to do a lot of things, like killing and stealing so that's all he ever grew up with, the people that kidnapped him use to beat him and torture him because of what his quirk was. So when he became 10 he killed them all and because a villain. His family however is no longer in Japan as they moved from the heartbreak of losing their son. He has been alone for 5 years with only killing on his mind. He mainly targets hero's after the fact he tried to get help from a hero but none of them tried to help him.
