Circle I - Shoots hellfire or black lightning. The burns from the fire and the lightning is so hot that the burns last forever.

Circle II - Summons a pack of hellhounds.

Circle III - Shoots giant kamehameha-like laser blasts.

Circle IV - His main glyph, able to alter reality or summon things that aren't hellhounds.

Circle V - He scratches this glyph into the people he's made deals with, if the glyph glows red, then he knows that they're powerful enough for him to inhabit their bodies.

Backstory:
He is a fable among Remnant, a children's story. In those stories, he is portrayed as an evil being that loves to stab people he's made deals with in the back. That's partially true. When Monty Oum created the universe and all the planes of existence, he unknowingly created Hell, the plane The Phantom calls home and the plane he rules. Even if he is the ruler of the plane all the bad people go to suffer, he still has morals. For example, if a child is sad and desperately wants something, he'll appear before them to make their wish come true and scratch his fifth glyph into them, forming a scar. Thet glyph will ensure that they go to hell after they die, but the good part of hell. In his castle, partying for all eternity and constant fun. He is a suprisingly nice guy if he's made allies with you. He has a silver tongue, able to talk you into something easily. When Ruby Rose desperately wanted her mother to come back, The Phantom appeared in front of her, granting her wish. When he saw she had silver eyes and tons of potential, the glyph scratched into her glowed red and he was sucked into her body to inhabit it. Over the years, Ruby has become great friends with The Phantom, even if he may lead her to do something reckless. But he also has become the voice of reason for her, and why she is such a good fighter. He even trained Ruby how to use his glyphs. He even is able to come out of her body for a few seconds to defend her from incoming attacks. Only Ruby knows of him being in her since he made her keep it a secret from everyone else.
