Appearance: She is dark-skinned with long black dreadlocks. She has red eyes and a muscular build. She is also very tall. Most of the time she wears her armor, but when she doesn't, she just wears a shirt and track pants.

Weapons: She is a prototype, a test run of a new line of battle androids Atlas wants to release, the ATLS-Predator. She is an android with this armor.

The armor and its equipment are designed with the sole purpose of killing, more specifically, killing Grimm and criminals. The helmet is equipped with several vision modes, language translators and vocal mimicry. On her gauntlet, she has several buttons, the buttons can activate a cloak mode to turn invisible, charge and release an electric charge emitter, release the gauntlet cuffs, project a map of the area and a last resort self-destruct device.

The armor also comes equipped with a tool to rip a skull right out of the body, this is not only to confirm a kill to the Atlesian Officers, but also to create a nice trophy. The armor also has a grappling hook, a shoulder plasma cannon with a single fire and a shotgun mode.

Her other weaponry includes near-invisible nooses, smart disks, combisticks, a spear gun, and a net gun.

Backstory: She's an Android, like Penny, in fact, she may even be considered Penny's older sister since Blue's development started first. While she does contain small amounts of emotions, she is mostly heartless and cold. Her being built was requested by General Ironwood, who had come up with an idea for a new Android army. Gepetto Polendina immediately got to work on Blue, he designed her appearance, while the Atlesian Military made her armor and weaponry, they also taught her the ways of combat via downloaded files into her brain.

While Blue can barely feel emotion, she does feel a deep desire to love Penny like a sister and to protect her, she also has her moments of showing mercy when her emotions take over. When Blue kills a person, she takes their skull and makes a trophy out of it.

While Atlas intended for her to be used solely to kill Grimm and evil and corrupt people, some people had other ideas and used and manipulated Blue into taking out innocent people who opposed them. But Blue obeys all of this because she feels like that's what she was made to do, to kill, and there is some truth behind it.

She feels slight jealousy towards her sister, Penny, because she's free, she gets to decide who she wants to be, Blue never had a choice. She was made for killing, and only for killing. So, if that is what she was made to do, then she will do it.

Blue can often be seen in random locations, either killing Grimm, or a terrible person, or walking with her sister like she's her bodyguard.
