I felt the need to explain it, so here goes.
The chain is just a chain, plain and simple
The letter 'U' represents the punchline to the joke/pickup line he first said to her
The white rose was their first date in the gardens.
The flip-flop is the pool party
The shoes is a representation of their second date, spent dancing.
The microphone is for when he sang for her at the talent show.
The schoolhouse is his presentation, in which she agreed with him.
Finally, the wings and heart, it just represents them together.
