Personality: Quiet, blunt, and introverted but can be sassy and snarky if pushed. She often can't hear how loud her voice is and they can often be seen as annoying by others. When she first meets you, she can be shy and dodge questions. They also don't like being touched unless she's the one initiating it. She can be energetic and talkative when she gets to know you and they infodump constantly.

Appearance: Six feet tall and very scrawny, some ribs being visible because of malnutrition. She has dark green skin that borders on greyish coloration and white banded stripes across her face and up her arms, distinct markings also being found across their shell. Her eyes are bright ocean green, and she wears a white skirt and a black hoodie to protect her shell. She also wears glasses. Mostly deep scars on their shell and on her arms.

Backstory: She was a leatherback sea turtle, mutated and experimented on two states away from New York City. She was carted to New York and forced to fight in an underground fighting ring where food was scarcely handed out and she spent her days fighting for her life and the right to exist. One day, she found a place to escape when she was about to be transported again and took off. She chose her name, noticing the numerical code they used looked a bit like they could be a name. She chose the name Flora, out of the numbers 51034, and chose the last name, Norfolk from a nearby street sign.
