backstory

Charlie's birth mother died at a young age, and their father, unable to cope with the loss of his wife, gave them up to an adoption centre. Charlie was adopted by their mums, who gave them a home with two older sisters. One of Charlie's mothers' loved music, and passed that love onto Charlie, who then grew up to be a professional musician. Charlie tried to find their father when they were 17, with their mothers' permission. Charlie found out he basically lived in the hospital from alcohol poisoning, not dealing well with the loss of his child and wife. Charlie continuously meets up with him now, and they have a relatively good relationship.
