Hailey lived in an abusive home until she was ten. her mother and father constantly fought, and her father often turned on her and her brother when he was done with her mother. eventually, his father got caught out for his abuse when Hailey snuck away to tell the police, and he was put in jail. her mother and brother moved into a new house and never went to visit her father. once, Hailey went to visit him out of curiosity but all he did was scream at her. she went on with her life without him, graduating high school and becoming a journalist.
